Delete your DasGo account

How to request deletion

Write an email to andriiudodwork@icloud.com from the email address linked to your DasGo account (for Google sign-in, your Google account's email).
Use the subject line "Delete my DasGo account". No further explanation is needed.
You will receive a confirmation once deletion is complete — within 30 days at the latest.

What is deleted, and what is kept

Synced app data: preferences, energy, practice statistics, streaks, awards, flashcard decks and saved words, dialog progress, subscription status record	Deleted
Describe a picture: conversation transcripts	Stored only on your device; removed when you delete your account in the app or uninstall it

App store purchase and billing records	Kept by Google Play or Apple and, where legally required, in our accounting records (statutory retention periods)
Usage analytics data	Collected on Android only after you opt in, on iOS until you switch it off (Account → Usage analytics); analytics data tied to your user ID is deleted on request as part of account deletion

Deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription — manage or cancel it where you bought it — on Android in the Play Store under Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions, on iOS in Settings → your name → Subscriptions.
You can also request deletion of specific data (for example resetting your synced statistics) without deleting the whole account — use the same email address and describe what you'd like removed.
Deletion is permanent; your streaks and statistics cannot be restored afterwards.
