Delete your DasGo account

How to request deletion

Write an email to andriiudodwork@icloud.com from the email address linked to your DasGo account (for Google sign-in, your Google account's email).
Use the subject line "Delete my DasGo account". No further explanation is needed.
You will receive a confirmation once deletion is complete — within 30 days at the latest.

What is deleted, and what is kept

Data	What happens
Your account (email address, user ID, sign-in credentials)	Deleted
Synced app data: quiz preferences, energy, practice statistics, streaks, subscription status record	Deleted
Data stored only on your device	Removed by uninstalling the app (never leaves your device)
App store purchase and billing records	Kept by Google Play or Apple and, where legally required, in our accounting records (statutory retention periods)
Opt-in analytics data	Collected only with your consent; identifiable analytics data is deleted on request as part of account deletion

Deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription — manage or cancel it where you bought it — on Android in the Play Store under Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions, on iOS in Settings → your name → Subscriptions.
You can also request deletion of specific data (for example resetting your synced statistics) without deleting the whole account — use the same email address and describe what you'd like removed.
Deletion is permanent; your streaks and statistics cannot be restored afterwards.
